Come and remember one of the most important civil rights activist in American history with a film documentary on Dr. Martin Luther King. There will be a birthday cake in celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King’s Birthday.

This event is presented by the Office of Multicultural and International Affairs. Vice Provost, Dr. Ronald Taylor will be the commentator. Presenters for this event includes: Dr. Manisha Desai Director of the Women’s Studies Program,Dr. Davita Glasberg Sociology department head, Dr. Jeffrey Ogbar director of the Institute for African American Studies, and Dr. Amii Omara-Otunnu the executive director of the UNESCO Chair and Institute of Comparative Human Rights.
